Critical Dice! Zine is an upcoming non-profit rpg theme fanzine focusing on the Danganronpa cast in a Dungeons and Dragons (DND)/ fantasy setting.It will focus on the whole cast of Danganronpa in different aspects and events during a dnd/rpg campaign. And for a spice you could even role a D20 as how good or bad the event would be.The Zine would be free and digital and will be determined by interest check if there would be digital merch.The zine will be SFW (Safe for Work) with an allowance for canon-typical blood, violence, and gore.

What is a Zine?A fanzine (zine for short) is a magazine created by fans to celebrate a character, ship or form of media. Zines can come in both physical and digital formats and typically feature a variety of both art and writing.What is Dungeons and Dragons (DnD)?Dungeons and Dragons is a fantasy role-playing game first published in 1974. Most players role-play adventuring characters such as an elf, warlock or dwarf , etc. One player is the Dungeon Master who facilitates the game, controls the monsters and non-player characters, and narrates the story.What character are allowed in the zine?Any of the games, anime and manga. Excluding offensive characters such as Haji Towa.Will ships be allowed in this zine?This zine will only explore friendships and platonic relationships of characters. Romantic content is not allowed to be explicitly depicted in any way, shape, or form.Will this zine be physical or digital?It will be Digital Only!Will this zine will be for profit or free?It be completely free!How many contributors will be accepted?This will be determined on the amount of interest check/ applications. For now, after some changes we are going for a hit of 50 contributors.Will this zine have guest contributors?This will be determined on interest check! But for now is not planned to have guest artists.Can I apply for multiple roles?Yes, you are more than welcome to apply for all positions if you'd like! Guidelines
General Guidelines-All communication will be done through discord on our server.-Previous works will not be allowed in this zine. All work must be original.- All contributors must be at least 16 years old by the time result emails are sent out.- This zine is SFW (Safe for Work) with an allowance for canon typical-blood, violence and gore.- This zine is focus on RPG/fantasy setting involving Danganronpa characters in situations or events involving Dungeons and Dragons. For a spice on the settings, contributors are allowed to roll a dice to determine how good or bad the event is.- This zine is platonic/friendships relationships only. Romantic content is not allowed to be explicitly depicted in any way, shape, or form.- Contributors may not publicly share any part of their works until permitted to do so. If you would like to include your piece in a portfolio, please discuss with the mod team first before doing so.
- By joining the zine, you are agreeing to respect our rules, the mod team, and your fellow contributors. Any bullying or harassment will be handled appropriately.- By applying, you are making a commitment to meet all deadlines. Extensions are permitted but with a valid reason, please make sure to dm a mod if you need one.Applications Guidelines-No prior experience needed to apply meaning it be beginner friendly to anyone who wants to have their first zine experience. We only ask there's an understanding of anatomy, color and composition.- Artists will be asked to provide three pieces of art that they feel best represent their work. Please provide at least one Danganronpa piece.- Please do your best to submit three completed illustrations. Additionally, we ask that at least one of the works provided has some form of background.- Applicants will be asked to provide an easily navigable portfolio where the mod team can view their work.
